Wedding in Italy Russian Citizens 
To obtain the nulla Osta you shall (our wedding planner assigned to you can help you with that) submit to the Consulate General the following documentation:
1) If the applicant has NOT been married before:
- The real Russia's domestic and foreign passport (in original);
- Birth certificate (original or notarised copy in full form - including full names of the parents);

2) If the applicant has been married before, but the name did not change:
- The real Russia's domestic and foreign passport (in original);
- Birth certificate (original or notarised copy in full form - including full names of the parents)
- Certificate of divorce (original or notarised copy);

3) If the applicant has been married before and changed the name:
- The real Russia's domestic and foreign passport (in original);
- Birth certificate (original or notarised copy in full form - including full names of the parents);
- Certificate of divorce (original or notarised copy);
- Archival record of the marriage termination, made by the registry offices of the place where the previous wedding took place, confirming the change of name of the applicant (in original or notarised copy);

4) If the applicant was married and his spouse died:
- The real Russia's domestic and foreign passport (in original);
- Birth certificate (original or notarised copy in full form - including full names of the parents);
- The death certificate of spouse (original or notarised copy); Download the request form here
In the case of a change of surname, name and patronymic, it is requested to show the original certificate of the change released by the Russian civil registry offices.
