If you look out of the windows & from the terrace you can have a stunning view & you can enjoy the great landscape of the forest & the sweet Tuscan hills, cultivated with olive trees. From the garden of the villa you can easily reach, a lovely valley & the giant private garden of 7000 sq meters with swimming pool. This area is equipped with toilets, dressing room &, outside, with tables, chairs & deckchairs. Horse training facilities are at jogging distance where you can spend sometime riding on horseback. You can also hike or rent a bicycle.

A giant fireplace stands in the hall, seats and frames are made of stone; here guests can seat around a giant table to taste the typical food of the Tuscan cooking, which can be prepared by an expert chef. At the same floor there is a wide & well equipped kitchen and firewood oven. From the hall you can reach the terrace, where the whishing well is placed. From this terrace you can reach a second & bigger terrace, where you can have breakfast or take your time & relax in the warm summer nights. From the main staircase of the hall you can go to the first floor.
