After so many Covid – 19 obstacles it was a long road to our event but thanks to Francesca every aspect was just as we hoped, the entire weekend felt so special and magical.. We could not have achieved it without Francesca. She made us feel calm and thought of absolutely everything. Her eye for detail is incredible and no request was too big or small. We feel extremely grateful to have had her help.

If i could, i would give even more stars. Beatrice was super professional and understood 100% what we wanted for our ceremony. I received MANY compliments from our guests on how warm, personal and loving her speech was and that how she did the speech was heart warming.

Planning a wedding from half a world away may sound extra stressful and challenging, but not when you have Francesca of Efffetti Wedding Planners on your team.

My wife and I both agree that working with Francesca to plan our dream destination wedding in Tuscany turned out to be even easier than if we were to plan one here in the USA. We only had to explain to her our vison, budget, and expected headcount – and she was able to make things so simple for us by drawing on her extensive network of incredible vendors and venues to accomplish everything we could have hoped for.

Having not seen our venue, tasted our menu, or even spoke to most of our vendors (DJ, Photographer, Videographer, Florist….etc) We admittedly did not know what all we could expect. What resulted was the best 4 days of our lives (so far) – Francesca, acting as our eyes, ears, and mouth (neither me nor my wife speak Italian) organized for us a reception dinner in Siena, a welcome party and ceremony/reception at our rented villa that exceeded our wildest dreams and imagination. All of our guests are still raving about how it was the best wedding they have ever attended. We still have not come back down to earth.
