A wedding coordinator does not take your wedding away from you.

The coordinator turns everything you have planned into one clear operational plan and makes sure that the venue, catering team, celebrant, musicians, photographer, florist and other suppliers are working towards the same timeline.

actually do?

A wedding coordinator acts as the central point of contact for the wedding day.

Before the wedding, we collect the essential information from you and your suppliers, review the schedule and identify any missing details or possible timing problems. We then review with you a practical wedding day timeline that reflects how the event will actually happen.

On the day itself, we supervise the main stages of the wedding, coordinate supplier arrivals, follow the agreed schedule and deal with the small problems that should never reach the couple.

Like the conductor of an orchestra, the coordinator may not play every instrument, but makes sure everyone enters at the right moment.

Wedding coordinator
or venue coordinator?

A venue coordinator normally represents the venue and supervises the services provided directly by the property: access to the venue, accommodation, venue staff, furniture or catering when these are supplied internally.

An independent wedding coordinator represents the couple and considers the wedding as a complete event: the ceremony, external suppliers, guest logistics, entertainment, photography timings, transfers, speeches and all the connections between the different parts of the day.

A helpful venue coordinator is extremely valuable, but their role is not always the same as having someone responsible for the complete wedding schedule.

A detailed spreadsheet does not manage a wedding by itself.

Someone still needs to confirm that suppliers are in position, adapt the schedule when photographs take longer, communicate with the kitchen, gather guests for the ceremony and decide how to recover time without making the day feel rushed.

Many coordination decisions are invisible to the couple and guests. That is exactly how it should be. The objective is not to control every second. It is to create enough structure for the celebration to feel natural.

Since 2008 we have worked with venues, caterers, celebrants, photographers and musicians, with couples planning from abroad and guests who may not know the venue or the schedule.

When should you book? You do not need to wait until every supplier has been booked. For Wedding Day Coordination, contact us several months before the wedding so that the scope and the handover can be agreed. For Planning Review and Wedding Coordination, support can begin earlier, while you are still making important decisions.

Can we hire a coordinator even if we planned the wedding ourselves?

Yes. The service is specifically designed for couples who have made their own choices and booked their own suppliers, but need professional support to bring everything together.

Will you contact all our suppliers?

Supplier communication is included according to the coordination package and agreed scope. Before the wedding, we establish who needs to be contacted, which information must be collected and when responsibility transfers to the coordinator.

Can you review our plans before the wedding?

Yes. The Planning Review and Wedding Coordination service includes professional reviews during the planning process. We can identify missing arrangements, timing concerns and areas that need clarification before the final coordination stage.

Do you replace the venue coordinator?

Not necessarily. We can work alongside the venue coordinator. The venue coordinator normally manages the property and its internal services, while we coordinate the wedding from the couple’s perspective.

Can you coordinate only the ceremony?

Ceremony coordination may be possible for smaller weddings, elopements or specific circumstances. The service must be assessed according to the venue, guest number, suppliers involved and ceremony structure.

Do you stay until the end of the wedding?

Coverage hours are agreed in advance. Depending on the package, coordination may finish after the main reception events or continue into the evening. Additional hours and assistants can be arranged when required.

Will there be more than one coordinator?
