Francesca was absolutely phenomenal! Everything about the wedding was perfect. We planned from abroad (from the US) without seeing the venue or knowing too much about the area, and everything was above and beyond what we could have ever imagined.

We arrived in Italy on a Monday, and luckily I was able to meet with Francesca at the venue to better understand the vision for the wedding itself, which would be held three days later. If you are not from the area and do not have a chance to visit, I highly recommend meeting Francesca a few days before.

One day before the wedding, Francesca helped us organize a stunning tour of the Tuscany/Chianti wine region. Our guests–all of whom flew in from the US–were mesmerized! The service all around was excellent, thanks in large part to Francesca’s organization and planning.

She is very friendly and flexible, we love the choices of beautiful readings provided and having her as our officiant has made our special day more special! Francesca is very committed and passionate with what she does, her quick response to our emails had greatly reduced my anxiety for planning our wedding abroad (we are from England). I love how she made the whole atmosphere on the day very relaxed – exactly how we wanted, and at the same time, she pays great attention to details. My husband and I got married in Tuscany during June 2015. Francesca conducted our Tuscan elopement and we couldn’t have asked for more in a celebrant! We made the trip to Tuscany from New York, yet given the vast differences in time, space and culture, she made the whole process so smooth and comfortable, offering tips and ideas along the way. Francesca was always quick to respond to us, to offer advice, and to assist with the overall planning process. This was all in addition to the time and care she took in writing a personal and touching ceremony. Francesca’s warmth, positive energy, and caring attitude made her the most wonderful celebrant we could have asked for. To plan someone’s wedding is a stressful enough activity, to plan a destination wedding can be even more unpredictable. However it was not our case. From our first phone conversation, I felt very comfortable and just right. And during all months coming up to the wedding, you were responsive, giving either several options or preferred solution that you would know based on your experience. Everything was easy, stress free and at the end very beautiful. Thank you for your suggestions for the venue, flowers, guitarist and photographers – we are very happy with all of those professionals.

The day itself was just as we wanted: cosy, elegant, intimate and full of good energy. Thank you so much for creating a very memorable and special day.

Francesca and her team were so extremely helpful throughout our planning process and while we were in Italy preparing for our wedding. I really wish I had better words to explain how much they all helped. Efffetti helped us organize literally everything having to do with our wedding in Tuscany:

2. Our accommodations (for everyone, us and our guests) – It worked out that we stayed in a villa, where there also were apartments where our guests stayed. It also served as the reception area for the wedding it was BEAUTIFUL!

One of the main reasons I chose Efffetti was, after contacting several planners in Italy, they were the only ones who wanted to actually speak to me (via skype) to really learn about us, our expectations, budget, etc. This played a huge role in her ability to make great suggestions throughout the process! Francesca’s experience dealing with the many government entities you encounter getting your paperwork in order was a godsend! She was prepared with many versions of forms and letters for whenever someone changed their mind on how to process paperwork (this happened often). It allowed us to chuckle about the situation.
