Overall we were very happy with the wedding planning service. The ceremony and reception turned out wonderfully. Francesca was excellent with all of the legal documentation aspects both before and after the wedding. The florist that Francesca sourced was amazing. Francesca was very flexible to our requests. Only issues were with responsiveness. There were often delays in responses to emails which can be disconcerting, particularly when the wedding is being planned far away.

Francesca did a fantastic job of guiding us through the paperwork and legalities of getting married in Italy. From day one, she was always affable and prompt at answering emails, took the time to chat with us on Skype and guided us through the whole process with a soothing confidence. No question was too big or small for her!

We asked Francesca to officiate our ceremony and she did the most fantastic job. So many of our guests have since commented on how she ‘made’ the ceremony, she brought warmth and humour but also sincerity. Before the Big Day she listened and took on board any changes we wanted to make to the ceremony to really personalise it. She embraced any requests and delivered them beautifully!

But the thing I will remember the most about Francesca is how wonderful she was before the ceremony, when she came ‘behind the scenes’ to check up on me (the bride) and offered me the most beautiful words of advice about staying calm and enjoying the moment because each guest was there just to support me and be happy for me, a sentiment which I will never forget, because that was the moment that I really relaxed, took everything in, and the whole wedding day went smoothly and beautifully after!

I contacted Francesca to help with the administration of our Italian wedding, she was superb and guided me through the paperwork from start to finish.
