Francescan and Massimiliano are wonderful to partner with to plan and organize the details of your wedding. I was very apprehensive selecting a wedding planner via the internet but after careful consideration and reference checking, I felt comfortable most with Francesca. Honestly, Effetti won our business since they were so responsive and sincerely appeared to be committed to knowing us as a couple and wanting to give us exactly what we asked for and made sure they researched options to give us good options and cost estimates.

Francesca and Max were brilliant, before, during and after the executive partner event we held. The location and overall experience was the best our business partners had experienced. Throughout the planning Francesca was able to call upon her year’s of experience, professionally and regionally. The management of the event was tops, allowing our business meetings (the core purpose) to be held without incident. The evenings and networking were also highly effective as the focus could be on our business partners, not on logistical details (Francesca managed every detail for us!). Max’s creative eye ensured that we captured this special event via photo books, while also helping to smooth many of the transportation details, background hosting and generally ensuring an enjoyable time was had by all.

This wedding planner went above and beyond. She not only helped me choose the most beautiful venue for my special day, she also added a few small personal touches that really helped to make the day the most magical day of my life. Thank you so much for helping me have the wedding of my dreams.

Once we had decided we wanted to get married in Tuscany I did a lot of research into cost etc, and was a bit daunted by how many wedding planners wanted to organise a huge wedding, reception and even your accomodation, which obviously created a massive bill! There were very few who seemed to be interested in just organising a small ceremony and reception, until I found Francesca! From the first time we spoke I knew she would do exactly what we wanted, it made no difference that what we wanted was tiny, and give it the same attention as she would have done a huge wedding!

In reality she surpassed all of our expectations, she was available at all times to answer any (sometimes extremely silly!) questions we had, and never treated us as though we were being a pain in the rear! As a result we had the most amazing time in Tuscany, and our wedding day was the best day of both our lives. Francesca and Max were both so supportive and we feel as though we have made friends over and above it being a service that they provided.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Francesca and Efffetti wholeheartedly, no matter how big or small your wedding is you will be treated as though you are their only client.

We got married earlier this year in a wonderful small town in Tuscany. A last minute change of plans meant we didn’t have much time to get it organised. We didn’t know if it was going to be possible at such short notice but I found the best wedding planner ever, that made the whole wedding and planning so simple and so special. Efffetti were very quick to respond to my request and I could not recommend them highly enough. Even though our wedding was a small affair they never once made us feel as if it were less important to them. If anything we felt more looked after. Every detail had been thought through and we were so well looked after when we arrived in Italy, from being taken to the hairdresser to finding a tailor for a last minute suit adjustment on the actual wedding day! It was such a perfect day for us, and it was all thanks to Efffetti and their kindness and professionalism.
