I spent lots of time researching online and through email potential wedding planning services. I was going at hiring a planner “blind” as that I had no contacts to rely on for recommendations. I was at a point of frustration with other companies not responding to requests, or if I did get a reply, not considering my budget.

However, when I found Francesca, I felt immediately at ease. She was nothing but warm, friendly, understanding of my vision and budget. Most importantly, she was accessible. This was so important given I am in Canada, speak no Italian, and had time change considerations. Nor have I been to the country! I needn’t have feared, for Francesca was so flexible with skype emails, not to mention prompt responses to my emails, and to update me on progress before I would even have a chance to ask!

My wedding experience was amazing, more then I could have dreamed of. She did wonders with flowers, transportation, translating, coordinating- everything! Everyone who attended continues to rave about both Francesca and Max, and I feel the same way!
