Francina turned out not only to be a true professional but also a precious resource over the course of 9 months, to the point that we now consider her a friend, as she became part of our daily lives despite being more than 1,000 km away.

She introduced us to the best vendors and negotiated every single one of our requests with them, without ever influencing our choices (which, funnily enough, always ended up coinciding with hers). She has a remarkable ability to listen and to solve problems creatively, always approaching last-minute challenges with positivity and determination. Francina was also an amazing partner during the menu tastings when my husband couldn’t be there—we had so much fun together that I didn’t want to part ways with her anymore.

The real added value shone through on the wedding day itself, when emotions and even anxieties often take center stage. Francina managed families, friends, the planning – everything – so well that we truly missed not having her seated among our guests. She even participated in and officiated our civil ceremony, laughing and tearing up right alongside us.

We are endlessly grateful for the service we received, it’s truly priceless. Even today, we still exchange messages now and then because we miss her 😊
