We worked with Francesca at Efffetti she was amazing!

We are Northern Irish, but live in New Zealand so when we decided we wanted to get married in Italy we knew we’d need the help of a wedding planner. After much internet research and skype calls with other vendors we decided to go with Francesca. We spoke to her for the longest and she was friendly, open, honest and advised us of things we hadn’t even thought of.

The whole process was stress free and I always felt like Francesca was in control – we exchanged emails and talked on skype when needed. She seemed to get exactly what I was after and I trusted she would deliver it – and boy she did!

The wedding was perfect – just what we wanted – she gave us our dream wedding. In person Francesca was even better – friendly and organised and on top of it all. Even our guests commented on how great she was – so it was lovely to know that she was talking to them all too over the course of the few days too. The venue was beautiful, the town hall in Certaldo was beautiful – Francesca translated the whole ceremony – the photographer was amazing, the food was delicious, the set up was magical, the flowers were beautiful…I can’t rev enough!

I would highly recommend Francesca and Efffetti and she would be very deserving of any award! I just wish i could do it all again!

Once we decided that we wanted to get married in Italy I started researching emailing planners straight away , Francesca was the only planner who answered me promptly and her response was the most real and the most helpful. I went with her as my planner straight away and it was the best wedding decision I made.

Francesca answered all my queries and provided amazing support over the year and a half between first contacting her and the wedding day. No question was too small or too silly for her to help us with.

When I finally met with Francesca, her warmth of personality and the professionalism in the way she carried out her work matched up in real life . She was very sweet and welcoming to all my family and friends.

The wedding day itself was amazing., It really was the best day of our lives. It felt like we were in a fairy tale. I was looking for a translator approved by the UK embassy and I found Efffetti Wedding. Francesca not only is a wedding planner but also helped me to translate a few documents. I needed to apply to the double citizenship for my daughter and to be honest Francesca knew the burocracy better than anyone I have asked info. I contact her in the morning and the translations were ready the day after. She has been really fast, professional and helpful. I have also asked her to translate some medical exams, another time she sent me the paper the day after. I reccomend to anyone Francesca and his Efffetti service. Very professional, fast and kind.
