Francesca was simply amazing when planning our Tuscany elopement. Living in Australia, we had no idea what needed to be arranged – we contacted a number of planners online to guage price, service etc and Francesca immediately stood out from the rest. Her prompt replies to every email along with her excellent English and attention to detail made getting married so easy! We took all her recommendations on board (paperwork, venue, photographer, accom, restaurant etc) and truly had the perfect day. We met a number of Francesca’s colleagues when we were in Italy and all were such professionals; I really am so grateful we found you! Francesca was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She was extremely informative from our initial enquiry which immediately put us at ease. She met with us several times and no task was too much trouble for her. Her English language and translation skills were excellent – given we could understand and speak only very basic Italian; this was incredibly helpful. Our families and guests instantly warmed to Francesca too and on our big day itself she continually reassured us both. We are Northern Irish, but live in New Zealand so when we decided we wanted to get married in Italy we knew we’d need the help of a wedding planner. After much internet research and skype calls with other vendors we decided to go with Francesca. We spoke to her for the longest and she was friendly, open, honest and advised us of things we hadn’t even thought of.

The whole process was stress free and I always felt like Francesca was in control – we exchanged emails and talked on skype when needed. She seemed to get exactly what I was after and I trusted she would deliver it – and boy she did!

The wedding was perfect – just what we wanted – she gave us our dream wedding. In person Francesca was even better – friendly and organised and on top of it all. Even our guests commented on how great she was – so it was lovely to know that she was talking to them all too over the course of the few days too. The venue was beautiful, the town hall in Certaldo was beautiful – Francesca translated the whole ceremony – the photographer was amazing, the food was delicious, the set up was magical, the flowers were beautiful…I can’t rev enough!

I would highly recommend Francesca and Efffetti and she would be very deserving of any award! I just wish i could do it all again!
