Our wedding was conducted by Raffaele, who was very friendly and professional at the same time. He came on time and gave us a wonderful ceremony that everyone enjoyed. Communication to plan the event was solely done through e-mails with Francesca and Chiara, who were very helpful to us in providing information and answering our questions. We thank them and Raffaele for that very special moment on that very special day.

We worked with Francesca over a year before our wedding in Tuscany. The process was very thorough and she was accommodating of all our requests, especially me being Vegan, she found me probably one of the best caterers I’ve ever had at a wedding. Since we did a full weekend she also assisted with coordinating other activities for us; dinners and a full wine tour with transportation.

Luckily we were able to fly out early from the US and meet he months before the wedding. She coordinated meetings with our caterers and the wedding venue. Highly recommend using Efffetti for wedding planning services.

WOW, where to begin. Francesca is not only a fantastic wedding planner, but a wonderful person! Being from Houston, TX, we ran into SO many obstacles trying to plan a wedding in Italy. We had our original planner disappear on us (from a major company might I add), and when contacting other planners, they wouldn’t even respond. Francesca not only saved the day, but planned the most beautiful wedding I could ever imagine!

After the first initial Skype conversation with Francesca, I knew she not only knew all of her business, but was genuinely caring and trustworthy. My now husband and I said we initially felt like we were buying a house without ever seeing it when we decided to do a destination wedding. You really do put all of your trust into your planner, the websites/vendors they give you, and hope for the best. Despite constant reassurance that it would all be perfect, him and I are total worriers. However, we were completely FLOORED when everything came out PERFECT. Literally! I was expecting all sorts of wedding fails, or disasters. Nothing…besides my dad forgetting his suit in Texas lol.

Many people planning a wedding in Italy will want a big lavish affair. For this there are many planners who will relish the thought of having the opportunity to charge you through the nose for each element. We wanted one thing, a venue and help in achieving getting married there in an alien language. This is where all but Efffetti fell away.

I can’t fault Efffetti on their organising of the day, the weak part was us, not being as organised as we could have been! Despite only paying for the wedding service, we had help in recommendations for accommodation, restaurants, taxis, you name it. Even though we were going to book it ourselves on a very tight budget.

On the day everything went really well and smoothly and the day the dream we hoped for, if not as lavish as our finances permitted.
