Multi-day weddings
Two or three days with the people you love, in a private villa or a castle, with your guests looked after from the moment they land.
Celebrations over several days
When family and friends fly in from all over the world, one day is rarely enough. Many of our couples celebrate over two or three days: a welcome dinner when everyone arrives, the wedding day, then a long lunch or a pool party before people head home. Often everyone stays together in the same villa or castle, and the whole place becomes yours for a few days.
We plan all of it, as one celebration: the venue and the rooms, the food for every meal, the music, the transport, the timings that keep three days relaxed instead of rushed. And because your guests are the heart of it, we look after them too.
How the days usually go

A welcome dinner or an aperitivo in the garden, when everyone has just arrived and meets for the first time: a Tuscan menu, a little music and plenty of time to talk.

The ceremony, legal or symbolic and in your language, then aperitivo, dinner and dancing. We are there from the first delivery in the morning to the last guest leaving.

A pool party, a long lunch in the shade or a farewell brunch, to enjoy each other without a schedule and say goodbye properly before everyone flies home.

Guest concierge
Guests coming from different countries arrive with different needs: flights landing at all hours, children, grandparents, food allergies, religious customs, someone who wants to see Florence and someone who just wants the pool. A guest concierge is one person they can write to before and during the celebration, so you don't become everybody's travel agent.
We organise transfers, rooming lists, excursions and wine tastings, and we make sure menus and timings respect every culture at the table. As much or as little as you need: some couples want every guest followed step by step, others just a few transfers. Either way, it is planned with the same care.
Full-service planning

Food and wine
Over several days, food is what your guests talk about most. We plan every meal with caterers and producers we know well, so that no menu feels like the one before: a Tuscan lunch under the trees, a cheesemaker making mozzarella in front of everyone, pizza from the wood-fired oven, a butcher's food truck, a gelato cart in the afternoon, a long dinner with the wines of the estate.

Our way
The celebrations our couples remember most are rarely the most elaborate. Long simple tables, flowers from the season, very good food and wine, music at the right moment and time to talk. The effort goes where it matters: into the place, the people who work with us and the care for your guests.

Castello di Montegufoni
Adrianna and Michael brought together family and friends from many countries and cultures, among them doctors and colleagues from international organisations, for three days at Castello di Montegufoni. A welcome dinner under the lights of the garden, the ceremony with a string quartet, a long dinner in the castle courtyard and a pool party to close.

Villa La Selva
Brian and Dina's guests came from the United States, Morocco and all over Europe, each with their own customs and needs. Over three days at Villa La Selva the catering created something different for every meal: a cheesemaker made mozzarella in front of the guests, and a food truck served the famous sandwiches of Dario Cecchini, the butcher of Panzano. Dinner was in the wine cellar, the day after by the pool.

Castello di Meleto, Chianti
For Orson and Christine the celebration at Castello di Meleto, in the heart of Chianti, was also a party the Italian way: red checked tablecloths, pizza from the wood-fired oven, a folk band playing among the guests, a gelato cart, lawn games and a live painter, then a band by the pool.

Questions, answered
Most of our couples celebrate over two or three days: a welcome dinner or aperitivo, the wedding day, and a lunch, brunch or pool party the day after. Some add an excursion or a wine tasting for the guests. We shape the days around you, your guests and the place.
Yes, and it is one of the nicest things about a celebration over several days. Many villas and castles in Tuscany can host most of your guests, and we find nearby hotels or farmhouses for the others. We take care of the rooms and the rooming list with you.
It is one person your guests can contact before and during the celebration: transfers, timings, excursions, special diets, children, anything they need. You decide how much support you want, from a few transfers to every guest followed step by step.
Yes. Our couples and their families come from more than 30 countries. We plan menus, ceremonies and timings that respect everyone's customs, and our celebrants and officiants can lead bilingual or multilingual ceremonies.
Of course. We plan one-day weddings, micro weddings and elopements with the same care. See wedding planning and elopements in Tuscany.
