How Our Prices Work

No ready-made packages: a proposal built around your wedding, a clear fee for our work, and suppliers paid at their own prices. Here is how it works, and why we do it this way.

A proposal for your wedding: we quote every wedding individually, with only the services you need.
A clear fee for our work, usually fixed and agreed in advance, so you know from the start what our part costs.
No markup on suppliers: venue, catering, flowers, photographer and music are paid at their own prices.
Better terms in the quieter months: for weddings from November to March (Christmas holidays excluded) we offer special conditions.
Not sure where to start? A 30-minute paperwork consultation costs €50, deducted from our fee if you then work with us.

Our fee

What our fee
depends on.

Every wedding is different, and so is the work behind it. Our fee depends on what you ask us to do (full planning, coordination of the day, the paperwork, or a mix), on your nationalities and the town where you marry, which change the paperwork a lot, on the number of guests and on how many days you celebrate.

We always start with a call to understand your plans and your budget. Only after it we send you a written proposal with our fee and the services included. Suppliers send their own quotes, and you pay them at their prices: we never add a commission on top. This way you always see where every euro goes.

Why no packages

We tried packages
for years.

In 2009 we launched our first promotion, and in 2010 our "Winter wedding package 4 two" for couples marrying out of season. It later became our Gold package for intimate weddings, which we offered for many years.

It worked, but almost every couple asked us to change something: one more guest, a different town hall, no bouquet but a photographer for longer, a celebrant in their own language. In the end we were rewriting the package for everyone, and some couples were paying for things they didn't need.

So we stopped. Today we build a package for each couple, clear and including everything you ask us for, so you never pay for what you don't need. We keep the experience of all those years and leave out everything rigid. If you are planning an elopement or a micro wedding, see elopements and micro weddings.

Paperwork only

If you only need
the legal part.

Many couples organise their wedding on their own, or with a planner, and ask us only for the paperwork: checking the documents, booking the appointments, the sworn translations and interpreter, the town hall, and the marriage certificate ready for use at home.

This service usually costs between €650 and €1,500, depending on your nationalities and on how much we need to do for you.

Off-season

From November
to March.

The quieter months have their own charm: soft light, empty villages, suppliers with more time for you. That is why for weddings and elopements between November and March, Christmas holidays excluded, we offer better terms than in high season. Ask us when you write.

How is your fee calculated?
