Every proposal is quoted individually, usually as a fixed fee. Suppliers are paid at their own prices: we don't add any markup.

Do you plan weddings only in Tuscany?
Tuscany is our home and where most of our weddings take place, but we also plan on Lake Como, in Venice, on the Amalfi Coast, in Rome, Apulia and Sicily. For weddings all over Italy see also Efffetti.
What is the difference between full and partial planning?
With full planning we take care of everything, from the venue search to the wedding day. With partial planning you keep what you have already booked and we organise the rest. Both are quoted individually, usually as a fixed planning fee, and suppliers are paid at their own prices: we don't add any markup.
Can you assist with paperwork for a civil wedding in Italy?
Yes. We support couples with the complete paperwork process, Apostille requirements and Town Hall coordination. Our wedding paperwork guides explain the steps by nationality.
Do you offer symbolic celebrants?
Yes. Symbolic and bilingual ceremonies are led by Italian Wedding Celebrants, our sister team, in English, Italian, Portuguese, French, Spanish and German.

How far in advance should we start planning?
Most couples contact us 9 to 18 months in advance, but we also organise last minute weddings and elopements.
